“Resilience is the ability to cope, bounce back, and adapt well when adversity, trauma, tragedy, threats, or stressful life events occur. Humans are naturally resilient, but research shows us there are tools to learn and skills to develop that help people bounce back more quickly and effectively.”  -APA

In other words, it’s how well we bounce back when life hits the fan. Which we know it will do. How do you respond when things irritate you?  How about when big tragedy strikes? How long does it take you to get back to your old self, to get your life back in balance?

We’ve found there are tools you can use and skills you can develop to increase your bounceability. You can be healthier and back in balance more quickly: physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually. You can increase your productivity, be more present and connected with your family and friends, and have more ease and fun doing it. And we could all use some fun these days.
